This is a Puma women's golf skirt (^^) The surface is a thick nylon material with a water-repellent finish. Size: XL (O) Waist: 70 cm Skirt length (measured flat): approximately 36 cm. Features a back zipper and two buttons. It is not stretchy. The buttons are securely attached. The pocket lining has a subtle Puma pattern, which is secretly cute (^o^) I purchased this on this site, but the size didn't fit, so I haven't worn it even once since buying it.
