This was received as part of something related to calligraphy, but I've kept it stored without using it. The replacement ink cartridge has some dirt and such because it was stored in a pen case after purchase, but it is new and unused. Please note that the character "津" is written on the refill bag. I believe both items are in good condition. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about storage by a non-professional (*ᴗ͈ ᴗ͈)
