This is likely an old Kyonuri lacquerware bowl. The elegant split-color lacquerwork is complemented by a tasteful landscape with pavilions and mountains scene on the interior. The gradient-like color separation is an unusual design. The interior maki-e (sprinkled picture) is also carefully and modestly drawn. The lid and body do not match in color. There are some scratches as shown in the images. The size is 12.6cm in diameter and 9cm in height. Please understand that this is an antique item.
