Purchased about 10 years ago and used twice in sunny weather with a pannier bag setup (700C bike). There are minor scratches from when the bicycle was turned upside down during transport, but no rust developed even during long-term storage. For this listing, I've lightly sprayed lacquer on that area (see image 4). Other than that, there are scratches from installation on the screw parts. FB fittings for leg extensions are also included. These are unused.
