This is a hakama-style romper. The floral pants are cute, and the side buttons make it easy to change. I wore it once or twice and then stored it at home for a long time. There are no major scratches or stains, but you might feel a slight fuzziness from washing. There's a faint discoloration, like a color transfer, in the fifth photo. I don't think it's noticeable in photos, but please check the pictures to judge.
