This is a custom-made focus lever created with a 3D printer. It's designed to fit the HELIAR classic 50mm F1.5 VM. This product is intended to be attached with double-sided tape. Please prepare the double-sided tape yourself. The second product photo shows different materials side by side. The left side is made of resin, and the right side is made of nylon. This listing is for the nylon version. Double-sided tape residue may remain on the lens barrel. When I used it myself, a thin tape mark remained as shown in the 7th product photo. The double-sided tape I used was made by 3M.
