Thank you for viewing. This is a Kashu lacquerware confectionary tray in the Goto-nuri style, a traditional craft of Kagawa Prefecture, received about 20 years ago as a return gift for a celebration. It has a simple design that looks like it would last a long time, but I've kept it stored away without using it. As shown in the photos, it's about the same size as a tissue box. The original box is a bit old due to the passage of time. Please feel free to ask any questions in the comments.
