It's cotton but brushed, so it's warm. These are wide pants that look like a skirt when worn. The pocket fabric and other details are cute, so those who like Kaiseido will appreciate them. The waist is elastic and stretches to about 46 cm. I've worn them with tights or leggings, paired with sweaters, etc. I'm selling these to declutter. Would anyone like them?
