This is a Jazzmaster-type guitar with an original fuzz circuit based on the Fuzz Factory. The controls are (from top to bottom): guitar VOL, TONE, fuzz VOL, STAB, and a kill switch. The kill switch only works when pressed, and by repeatedly turning it on and off, you can create a tremolo-like sound. The volume knob is a push-pull switch; pulling it up turns the fuzz on. With STAB at 0, there is no oscillation; increasing it changes the oscillation tone. The oscillation sound also changes depending on whether or not there is a human body ground.
