This is a wig specifically for Rupee from NIKKE. I purchased it on Amazon and it came with the costume, but I'm selling it because I won't be using it. I checked the contents just to be sure, and it doesn't include the bangs, so I think it's for Christmas Rupee. It could also be used for other blonde characters. It's uncut and has never been worn.
