Regarding the condition, there are scratches, discoloration, and dirt. I have confirmed that they work up to the opening screen. Please note that the vertical line on the right side of the opening screen photo is a problem with the Game Boy screen I own. Please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for a pristine item or are overly concerned about the condition.
