This is the second installment of the plant-dyed series, a silk stole dyed with persimmon tannin. It's on the longer side, so it's more suitable for fall and winter. The length is about 150cm, and the width is about 45cm. The base pattern is stripes with a rose flower pattern inside. Persimmon tannin dyeing makes the fabric stiff the more times it's dyed, so I tried to dye it in a shorter time, reducing the number of times. The stripe base pattern creates variations in the dye's color. Because of the glossy base pattern, the pinkish beige color can appear like pink gold depending on the angle. There are some slight dye irregularities, but please understand that this is a handmade item by an amateur. You can also use it in the summer to prevent sunburn around your neck. Please hand wash with a neutral detergent and hang to dry in the shade. We hope you will consider purchasing it.
