This is a standard pull-on skirt from Sylphynes that I purchased this year. It has a long tail design with a difference in length between the front and back. It's a pull-on style with an elastic waistband, making it easy to put on and take off. The navy base color features a lovely print of birds, resembling migratory birds, in brown.
