I usually engage in creative activities, but I'm currently taking a break from making things to organize my parents' house. I'm selling items that were at my parents' house or that I found there. This is a Toshiba VTR integrated DVD recorder. Model number: D-VDR9K I have tested its functionality. While it loads and ejects VHS video tapes, the power turns off after about 15 seconds when playing, fast-forwarding, or rewinding. DVDs cannot be played. The tray ejects automatically after being opened and closed once. It retracts when the power is turned off. It outputs to a TV, so it can be used as a TV tuner. The remote control has some contact issues. Is this suitable for someone who is familiar with electronics and can repair it, or for parts? Please understand that this is being sold as junk. I do not accept returns or handle complaints, so please understand and agree to this before making a purchase.
