This is an old Imari, sometsuke (blue and white) large plate. The landscape design has a simple, rustic charm. The slightly ruffled edge, in addition to the round shape, is also lovely. There are many kiln marks on both the front and back, which is recommended as a reference item for those who appreciate such characteristics of old pieces. There is some minor wear, but no noticeable scratches or stains. I believe it is in good condition, but as it is an antique from a certain era, please refrain from purchasing if you are not comfortable with that.
