I purchased this new about four years ago. I've used it a few times a year to fillet large fish like yellowtail. There are noticeable scratches, but there are no chips or damage to the blade. I sharpen it regularly, so I believe the sharpness is good, but please understand that this is based on my amateur assessment. I'm selling it because I haven't used it much recently. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about even the smallest scratches or stains, or if you are very particular about sharpness. I am open to price negotiations if you express your interest in purchasing.
