Purchased from Orne de Feuilles. This is a quilt cushion cover from en fil d'Indienne. It's a very popular design, and it sold out immediately along with the quilt cover. I've used it with care, but there are a few loose threads. I considered repairing it by hand with antique embroidery thread, but it looked lovely as it was, so I didn't make any alterations.
