I purchased this from the official Brooks Brothers online store about 15 years ago and have kept it unopened at home. Therefore, I haven't taken any actual measurements, but the label indicates a neck size of 15 inches (approximately 38.1cm) and a sleeve length of 32 inches (approximately 81.3cm).
