Unused Oshizushi Wooden Mold I received this a few years ago and have been storing it at home. The wood type is probably Japanese cypress (hinoki). It has a gentle, pleasant wood fragrance. For those who understand and will use it, thank you in advance. How about for box sushi or mackerel sushi? ⚫︎ No smokers or pets.
