This is a SteelSeries headset. Sound only works properly when using wireless. It can connect via Bluetooth, but a high-pitched beep is heard, and no sound comes from the headset. I haven't been able to confirm if the microphone works. I've stored it in its box since I stopped using it. Wireless operation has been confirmed. The manual and all accessories are included.
