Please be aware that this is wool and may be susceptible to moth damage. When held up to the light, a small hole, approximately 1mm, was found near the hem. It is not very noticeable. There may be other minor imperfections. This item was worn a few times by my petite mother and has been stored after washing. There are some fold creases. Waist (laid flat) is approximately 33cm, plus some give from the elastic. Suitable for all seasons except summer. Please consider this a used item and purchase with understanding. (*^^*)
