This is the Blazer Brace Memorial Edition released by Premium Bandai. I checked the sounds and transformation sequences and then put it back in the box, so it's in very good condition. The protective seal is still on the surface's light-emitting part. The band has never been used. Three medals are also included. The instruction manual is in the form of a web download. The batteries are removed (uses AA batteries). Operation was confirmed to be working without issue.
