My parents bought this on a TV shopping program, but it's been unused. The box is still available. Everything is in beautiful condition, but the measuring cup has a few minor scratches. When you shake the main unit, you can hear the metal balls inside the tank rattling, but this is not a defect. Since it's completely unused, I haven't checked if it produces steam. Please understand that there may be some minor scratches from storage. I appreciate your understanding before purchasing.
