These are fleece-lined leggings. The length is around six to seven-tenths length, hitting around the knee. I bought them in Canada about five years ago. They've been worn a few times, so there's a sense of wear. They're made of thick, sturdy fabric and are recommended for layering under wide pants, gauchos, or long skirts!
