There were three types released: his first hit, his final at-bat, and a set of his first hit + final at-bat. The set plate of his first hit and final at-bat sold out immediately at the time. It did not come with a direct autograph at the time of release, but I received a silver autograph during the off-season of the 2009 season. This is an extremely rare item. It has been stored in a glass showcase, so there is almost no fading, scratches, or aging.
