Rare U.S. Navy all-weather raincoat with a liner. Based on the tag, it's from the 1987 fiscal year. The liner has a boa lining on the body. The sleeve length has shrunk slightly compared to the main body, so the buttons can't be fastened, but I didn't mind wearing it like that. The liner is removable with a zipper, so it can be worn from spring to winter. Size: 36 Color: Navy A very good size for Japanese people. They're becoming less common.
