This is a genuine silk kimono. The basting thread remains on the sleeve corners. There is a stain about 1mm in size on the inside of the right front. Please check the last photo and understand. This is one of many that my grandmother had tailored through her relationship with a kimono shop. She told me to take them all because she was giving them to me, but they don't fit me because of our different body types. Alterations would be expensive, so I've decided to sell them. It has been stored in a paulownia chest. I have aired it out occasionally, so there are no noticeable stains, but there are fold wrinkles. Please check the photos and understand.
