This is a koto with quite elaborate decorations. It has a sudare (bamboo blind) carving. There are fine scratches on the surface, but they do not affect the performance. In the last photo, there is a part on the corner that looks like it has been repaired or has a scratch. It's a reasonably good koto, but it's not a Kuri-ga (chestnut wood).
