It's fully painted. It was disassembled and painted once, so parts like the tail fins may come off easily, and some pins are broken, so you might want to glue them. There are also traces of glue where parts were detached after being glued. The yellow parts have some highlights. There are no parts to fix the missiles or mobile suits.
