Item No. 24-12-13 This is a cosmetology national exam cutting wig. The wig itself has not been used and has no scratches or stains! However, the seal on the bag came off during storage, resulting in the condition shown in the fourth image. I will re-seal it before shipping, but I would appreciate it if you could understand this before purchasing.
