This is a POPKINS raincoat. When it rains, you can detach the Velcro on the back and wear it over a school backpack. It's designed to fit comfortably and keep the backpack dry, which is a great feature. It's perfect for children who don't want their backpacks to get wet. It's been worn quite a bit in the rain, so there's some wear and tear, but upon a casual inspection, I don't see any noticeable stains or dirt, and I think it's in good condition.
