This is a Showa-retro leather keychain. It's a "fugu" (pufferfish) keychain, likely because fugu is farmed in Kinugawa, Tochigi Prefecture. It's a bit surreal and cute. It's a very old item, but there's no particular damage and no stains on the fugu part. The metal parts of the keychain show some discoloration where they overlap.
