It's so cute, I kept it for outings, but my child grew quickly and outgrew it. Worn only a few times. Adjustable buttons are included. It's labeled as size 140, but the fit is snug, so it might be better for a child who wears size 130. There's a small black stain near the right knee, but it's only noticeable up close and wouldn't be seen during normal wear. There isn't much wear and tear, but it is a used item.
