It's a lever-filler, and the rubber sac inside has been replaced with a new one. The image shows the old rubber sac. Regarding the condition, the tip of the clip is dented, and there are some minor scratches, but I think it's beautiful for a 100-year-old fountain pen. The 9K hallmark is visible on the lever and in the center of the cap. The nib is 14K and writes well. Even after 100 years, gold is still gold. Keep one close by and invite good fortune.
