This is a cosplay costume of Boa Hancock from One Piece. Since I won't be using it after the Halloween party, I'm offering it to someone who plans to use it soon... I purchased this from the previous seller and wore it for just over two hours. There was some fraying originally, but it's in a place that's not visible when wearing the cape, and I don't think it's very noticeable even without the cape.
