These are Volks Zoukeimura glass eyes, obtained through an online auction about twenty years ago. The size is 16mm, the color is green, and they have white iris lines. They are beautiful glass eyes with a subdued, matcha-like, elegant pale green color. I've forgotten the color name, but since it's a pale green, I think it might be light green or young pine needle green. However, I'm not certain, so I'm listing them as "green." The backs are flattened, but there are black spots and dirt that look like soot. Also, both eyes have black spots on the whites of the eyes near the iris. I think it's possible to make them less noticeable depending on how you insert them, but please be aware of this. In those days, there weren't as many ways to buy glass eyes as there are now, and Zoukeimura glass eyes in particular were popular and difficult to obtain as rare items. Transactions of 20,000 or 30,000 yen were common, and I remember buying these for around 15,000 yen. I've only held them up to my dolls a few times and haven't actually used them for an extended period. I don't see any noticeable scratches or foreign objects, but please understand that these are used items that have been in at least two sets of hands.
