It's a heated eyelash curler. I bought it about six months ago. It's USB rechargeable and heats up quickly when turned on, curling your eyelashes beautifully. I've used it about twice, but I don't use it often, so I'm selling it. It's in good condition. Would anyone interested like to have it?
