I contacted customer support the other day and had them check it. They were able to assemble it without any problems, so there's no need to worry about initial defects. As shown in photo 7, there is a part where the monitor and hair interfere and cause scratches. I also confirmed this with Good Smile Company, and they said, "It's a part that will be hidden during assembly, and it's a point of contact that occurs on all products," so it seems that the scratches are a specification. I received a printout of the assembly points, so I will include it as well.
