This is a placemat obtained at the "Oniichan Continue" cafe event. The material is stiff paper. You will receive one. I don't see any stains or folds, but it has a slight curve from being loosely rolled up when I brought it home. It should flatten out if you straighten it and put something heavy on it for a while, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned.
