This is YOHJI YAMAMOTO YY M2SP ADVENTURE. It's a real harako boot that came out in the first collaboration between YOHJI YAMAMOTO and adidas, before Y3. I lined up and purchased it on the release day at the Aoyama main store. There were less than 30 pairs in the country, and only 15 pairs at the Aoyama store, with only one in this size. I have been collecting it without wearing it. I think it's probably the only unused item with tags in the world. The size is US10. It comes with tags and all the accessories box. I would be happy to sell it to anyone who wants it, as I am organizing my collection.
