This is an LCD monitor and power adapter. Recently, it started repeatedly restarting when turned on, and it boots up after being left for about an hour. I disassembled it and replaced the capacitors around the power supply, but the symptoms did not improve. It seems something else is broken. I've given up on repairing it and bought a new monitor. It's a waste to throw it away as trash, so I'm listing it as junk. Please purchase it if you can repair it or for parts. There are no major noticeable scratches, but it is used, so there are some scratches and dirt.
