This nylon jacket has a detachable hood. It has drawcords at two points on the hood and two on the waist. The elastic in some areas has deteriorated and become stiff. Also, there are some scuffs and wear and tear typical of nylon material, visible upon close inspection. I'd like to offer it to someone who doesn't mind minor imperfections. At first glance, it seems like a simple design, but I'm captivated by the fine details.
