The fabric is a crisp, rustling material, like umbrella fabric. The polar bear peeking out from the flowers is cute. I thought I'd make a wet wipe case for my friend's baby, but my sewing machine wasn't working well, so I gave up. Since the fabric is so cute, I hope someone else can use it.
