The box has minor scratches. All the letters are inside the envelope. When taking the letters in and out, the envelope may have gotten a little wrinkled, but there are no tears or stains. There is a tear in the map at the end of the book (see image 4). There are wrinkles at the top of the map. I'm not sure if it's due to the tear, but the map doesn't fold properly and is slightly puffed up (see image 6). Please consider purchasing this item, understanding that it is a used book.
