I tried it on once in my room, but I have never used it outside. I bought it a few years ago and stored it in the closet, so the outer bag was dusty. I will clean it up to some extent before shipping, but I think you should wipe it with water before using it. There are also some loose threads. Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to such details.
