This is a popular navy flared skirt with an alphabet print. It's a used item that I purchased from a flea market site or auction site a while ago. I'm not sure if it was like this from the beginning, but the color is slightly faded on the "E" of the letter on the left hem of the back (photo 3). Also, the lining is faded (photo 4).
