I bought this a few years ago in Sapa, Hanoi, Vietnam, at a shop selling Hmong embroidery. A friend was interested, and I bought it on a whim. It's very beautiful, but I thought the fabric on the handle was a bit flimsy from the start, and it tore quickly. I thought about wrapping it with strips of fabric, but it's been left as is.
