This is a bow tie blouse from NOLLEY'S, originally priced at 17,600 yen. It can be worn either way, front to back, and the bow tie is removable. The 3rd and 4th photos show a different color, but were included to show the fabric texture. There is a snag in one area (photo 7), but it's not very noticeable. Also, it hasn't been worn many times, so it's in relatively good condition. The color is navy.
