There are small scratches on the bottom of the main body and the rotor (images 4 and 5), and there are scratches on the spool (image 6), but the entire circumference has been polished to prevent the line from rubbing. 0.8 line is spooled, but please consider it as a bonus. Comes with genuine parts, box, and instruction manual.
