Satsuma-yaki (Satsuma ware) couple's rice bowls and two ceramic teacups. With wooden box. The teacups feature vibrant chrysanthemum and plum designs. The lids have vibrant plum designs. I believe this is a very heartwarming piece. Unused. It is an old item. The wooden box has stains and traces of cellophane tape.
